Ltd. collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about visitors and customers ("you") who use our website at www.livgenix.com and any related mobile experience (collectively, the "Platform"), and who purchase or interact with our hair-care and wellness products and services (collectively, the "Services").

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Platform or our Services.

a. Information you provide directly

Account details: name, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth/age, delivery address.

Order and payment details: products purchased, order history, billing address, and payment-related information (processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay — see Section 5).

Hair & Wellness Assessment responses: information such as hair concerns, hair fall severity, lifestyle habits, stress levels, sleep quality, diet, existing supplement use, and budget preferences, which you voluntarily submit to receive personalised product recommendations.

Consultation information: if you choose to book a consultation with a Livgenix wellness expert, information shared during that consultation, including any health-related information you disclose.

Subscription preferences: details related to Subscribe & Save plans, including pause/resume/cancel actions and billing cycles.

Communications: messages you send us via email, WhatsApp, chat, or customer support, and any reviews or ratings you submit.
b. Information collected automatically

We do not use your Hair & Wellness Assessment responses or any consultation information for any purpose other than providing you recommendations, consultations, and related support, unless you separately consent.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Platform, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; note that some Platform features may not function properly if cookies are disabled. We honour "Do Not Track" browser signals where technically feasible.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures — including SSL encryption during data transmission, restricted internal access, and regular security review of the Platform — to protect your personal information. All payment transactions are processed through Razorpay's secure gateway; Livgenix does not store your full card or payment credentials on its own servers.
While we take data security seriously, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you the Services, maintain your account and order history, and comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. If you request deletion of your data, we will delete or anonymise it, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain it (for example, to resolve an outstanding order dispute or to meet statutory record-keeping requirements).

The Platform and Services are intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or who are otherwise capable of forming a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
